Overdue seems right on time

I had a birthday. A Champagne Birthday, in fact (24 on the 24th).  My friends, who are possibly the most fantastic women on the face of this world, celebrated with me for an evening out.  Beautiful people, excellent jazz, good wine....it was perfect.  Kudos to Jay for planning a wonderful night for me(knowing Dave was going to be out of town) and staying the weekend....I'm a spoiled not-so-young woman.
